WHY SHOULDN’T WE LEAVE THIS TO PRESIDENT OBAMA’S DEFICIT REDUCTION COMMISSION?
- OBAMA’S COMMISSION CONSISTS MOSTLY OF POLITICIANS.
- THEY ARE FOCUSED PRIMARILY ON CUTTING MEDICARE, MEDICAID AND SOCIAL SECURITY,ENTITLEMENTS THAT THEY THEMSELVES DO NOT DEPEND UPON.
WE, THE PEOPLE, NEED TO TAKE THINGS INTO OUR OWN HANDS
This is neither a Republican nor a Democratic commission
Whatever our political philosophy, we need to put that to one side while we make these important recommendations
EVERY WEDNESDAY UNTIL OCT 6, 2010:
WE WILL EXAMINE A DIFFERENT ASPECT OF HOW TO CUT SPENDING OR SPUR REVENUE GROWTH
WE WILL SUBMIT THE PEOPLES' COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION
